• Content presentation – Involving the media perspectives of content management in Internet portals and extranets, as well as content design. This requires both study of principles and in projects, undertaking the work of requirement specification/-collection, analysis, and design, while outsourcing construction and other system-near activities where required.
• New media devices – The consumer/end-user presentation device is crucial in how information is promoted to the market. The technology defines the presentation method and design, and the current convergence of medias brings new and interesting possibilities. Different medias requires different approaches, e.g. PDAs, tablet PCs, smart phones, 3G mobile, IP-zones, wireless computing, and related new technologies.
• Information localization - The new medias opens for localization of information (e.g. portals, community/zone interfaces, etc) for the purpose of factual information service, customer relations, commercial marketing, and other public relations.
• Cooperation and partnerships – Local and international cooperation with forefront actors in the new media segment. The cooperation includes recommending qualified services and products from partners, e.g. subcontracting multimedia expertise in projects where this benefits the client.
