Successful
e-Business development relies not only on procedures
for software development and knowledge in project management,
but even more cardinal: on full understanding of business
processes. Defined goal criterias usually met by my
solutions are: Integrated Selling Chain- and Supply
Chain Management, Point-Of-Sale (POS) processing,
"24/7", paperless, automation,
and straight-through processing (STP). Referred
e-Business systems that I have developed have been running
on Microsoft IIS/CommerceServer since February 1999,
now the Microsoft .NET platform.
Preferred tools for process improvement
are established Business Process Improvement (BPI) methodologies,
including Workflow Modeling. I use BPI methods in combination
with Object-Oriented analysis & design methods,
and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), the most
widely used structured approach for managing software
application development projects today, thereby picking
best practices from several schools: process improvement,
software development, and project management.
QA/analysis: The year of 2004 has been extremely busy, supporting international public enterprises preparing for approval of compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX Section 404) for all IT business processes, site wise focus, in the activities of analysis, documentation, testing, and advisory.
I produce documentation in hypertext
format, and structure complies with the Telia Quality
System and SOX practices. Documentatoin can be made available
in print, CDROM, intranet/Internet, or integrated in
the system of the solution.
I also conduct proven consultancy in the area of Internet website promotion, more specificly Internet presence/visibility improvement by Search Engine Optimization (SEO) methodology.
