About the "Rank #1" SEO project

This internal project was exercised as an example of how to improve and promote a company's website (WWW homepage) on Internet better. We wished to address the fact that most websites are "invisible" and ranks far back (how many pages of search results would you go through?) in keyword searches on the major search engines on the Internet! And, of course, Internet is enormous, comprising millions of websites, thus the competition for ranking is fierce...

Justsen.no highest ranked at Google...

This sample screenshot from Google shows that the SEO work we performed on our own website www.justsen.no ranks as #1 (of 1,530,000) on major search engines when anyone search for consultancy services, using the most intuitive searches, like the combination of these three keywords: "telecom consultant norway", and other keyword combinations. The numbers in the example specify that 1,530,000 websites matched the criterias for these three keywords, including consultancies, telecom news sites, directories, libraries, blogs, etc. Being ranked first, means that the website won't be hidden way back in some later page listing.

Epilogue: Number of visits sky-rocketed when Google ranked our website highest of 1.5 million on such a common keyword combination. (...Who would have found us if we ranked #250 - or worse?)
